A humble begin for future.

I was born out of a sheer necessity. I have always been a keen observer of the Recruitment Market, HR Industry and its pain points. All this, while I was hustling to figure out the best possible way for Candidates to make their Job search even more powerful and easier & Job Hunting a real fun. I also did analyze the various strategies, avenues & methodologies adopted by a zillion companies to attract, retain & sustain Awesome Talents.

Sourcing, Interviewing, Offer Roll out & everything in-between seemed to be a vicious cycle. Brilliant candidates would always find it hard to connect with companies of their choice and in-turn organizations would find it real hard to connect with Awesome Talents.

Female leadership is an imperative for organizations that want to perform at the highest levels. Yet based on the slow rate of progress over the last three years, it will take twenty-five years to reach gender parity at the senior-VP level and more than one hundred years in the C-suite.

Integration of gender diversity within the DNA of an organization by mainstreaming it in all people processes is the only way to change the culture and the numbers of the organization. Many companies are taking an external focus in the sense to ensure their employee base reflects their customer base as well.

With women making a huge portion of buying decisions in the family, more and more companies are onboarding women in their decision making processes and roles. Actively strengthening the women and grooming them for those senior roles is another way companies are increasing their talent pools for the future.
