The talent wars are heating up, and the methods for attracting top candidates are more varied than ever before. And while we certainly recommend that you leverage video content and social media to get eyes on your awesome employer brand, a thorough, professional, and dynamic careers page remains as essential as ever — so we’ve put together a list of the best career page examples that showcase the strongest employer brands in today’s working world.

How can we ignore Hubspot? Though they have limited operations in India, they do have a huge customer base down here & we just couldn’t ignore their career page

HubSpot is an American developer and marketer of software products for inbound marketing, sales, and customer service/SaaS. Hubspot is used by 100,000+ customers across more than 120 countries making them one of world’s top technology firm.

Why it’s awesome: A simplistic career page with CTA (call to action) placed at strategic locations. Hubspot knows there is no difference between customers & potential employees which makes their career page incredibly simple to use and candidate friendly. 

The main slogan of their career page is “LET’S GROW TOGETHER.”
At Hubspot’s career page, job seekers can find many calls to join the team. It also clearly lists the benefits of working in the company, corporate photos, and a description of expectations in an employees’ future. In general, the career page conveys a serious company mood and a friendly atmosphere.

Hubspot was founded by Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah in 2006

Unique feature: Employee videos are embedded on the right side bottom of the page. It’s like a chat bubble when clicked enlarges with multiple employee videos.

Hubspot has their Glassdoor reviews proudly presented on their career page. How many companies you know who does that?


Spotify is a Swedish audio streaming and media services provider.

Has raised a total of $2.6B in funding over 21 rounds & is registered under the ticker NYSE:SPOT

A unique and vibrant career page with nice color pallet across the page. Right on the header/hero image you will find job roles scrolling vertically. This is simple yet creative

Spotify is an innovative and renowned digital music service. Their career page with  website 100% reflects the spirit, uniqueness, and atmosphere of the company. The entire page is made in bright colors and using advanced technologies.

Their main slogan is “JOIN THE BAND.” The whole philosophy of the brand is found in it. Besides, the site navigation is well thought out, and it is easy to find the jobs you want. As Spotify itself says, “Audio is global, so we are too. Wherever in the world you’re looking for a new role, chances are, we’re there” and it’s true.

Spotify was founded in 2006 in Stockholm, Sweden, by Daniel Ek & Martin Lorentzon


InMobi is a multinational technology company based in Bangalore, India, that specializes in mobile advertising and mobile marketing. Its mobile-first platform allows brands, developers and publishers to engage consumers through contextual mobile advertising.

The company was founded in 2007 under the name mKhoj by Naveen Tewari, Mohit Saxena, Amit Gupta and Abhay Singhal. In 2008, it was enhanced from SMS based services to mobile advertising and rebranded as InMobi. In 2011, InMobi became the first Indian unicorn startup company. InMobi has 22 offices in 12 countries across 5 continents and employs around 1000 people.

InMobi has raised a total of $320.6 Mn in funding over seven rounds.

What we like: The Career Page is crisp with neatly aligned info boxes. It’s light on eyes and easy to look for information. The job categories are arranged in a easy to search way. 

In a way, the career page is minimalistic and gives you a glimpse of their Bangalore HQ through a virtual tour along with other necessary information for job seekers

Inmobi uses Greenhouse to manage their application/interview process. It’s a simple & straightforward application process which just takes a couple minutes


Nykaa is an Indian lifestyle retailer of beauty, wellness, and fashion products that was founded by Falguni Nayar in 2012. Nykaa has multiple ecommerce platforms across websites and mobile apps and also has offline stores. It is a unicorn startup, and as of 2020, was valued at US$1.2 billion.

What we like: The page starts with story about Nykaa and the need for it. A lot of photos and employee testimonials are organized is an easy to read way. 

The lush pink color through the page stands out though in a minimalist way adds charm to the website.

The jobs are linked to an email id. You cannot apply directly through their page but have to send an email with your resume (as of writing this post)


Locus is an Intelligent logistics automation platform with in-built route planning and vehicle allocation. The platform helps companies and enterprises in e-commerce, food delivery, FMCG and other verticals to automate and optimize their logistics.

Raised $24.8M in 2 rounds

Locus.sh was founded in May 2015 by Nishith Rastogi and Geet Garg, graduates from BITS Pilani and IIT respectively.
What we like: Apart from videos and photos, locus.sh has listed out a few pointers encouraging applicants to join the team. This piece of info stands out amongst others.
locus.sh uses Freshteam to manage applicants and it rather seems a lengthy application process. Once you upload the resume, the system parses the information but still you have to input experience details manually which we think is definitely a turn off 

LogiNext is amongst the fastest growing SaaS companies providing solutions to manage and optimize logistics and field service operations. LogiNext’s flagship products are its cloud based Last Mile Delivery and Route Optimization software and its Field Service and Field Workforce Optimization software.

What we like: The page starts with a video embedded in the header which gives you an overview of what life is at Loginext.

Further down, it strategically lists out important factors to be considered which also encourages candidates to apply. 

Loginext uses Recruiterbox to manage their applicants and the application process is short and smooth


Cashfree is a full stack payments solution. It helps Indian businesses accept and send money and is used by 50,000+ businesses for vendor payouts, wage payouts, bulk refunds

Founded in 2015 by Reeju Datta & Akash Sinha

Has raised $40.8M over 2 rounds and is backed by Y Combinator

What we like: The powerful purple theme just seems so cool. The page starts with a video showcasing their work culture & employee testimonials.

They also list out their products and highlight a few statistics which is an awesome way to attract talents. 

Cashfree uses Recruiterbox to manage applicants and here again the application process is short & to the point without much hassles


Dunzo is an all-in-one 24X7 delivery platform that fetches and delivers anything and everything within the city, while guaranteeing super-quick deliveries. Simply put – Dunzo is an app-based service that lets users ‘hire’ people, who in turn, run errands for them or carry out jobs on their behalf.

Founded in July, 2014 by Kabeer Biswas, an alumnus of the University of Mumbai

Dunzo has raised $40 million in Series E funding from new and existing investors including Google, Lightbox, Evolvence, Hana Financial Investment, LGT Lightstone Aspada, and Alteria among others

What we like: Dunzo highlights the important role it plays by outlining their vision & values on their careers page. They also list out the benefits employees enjoy by working on powerful tech stacks

Dunzo uses greenhouse to manage their applicants and we liked their not so lengthy application process 


Vedantu is an Indian Interactive Online tutoring/EdTech platform where teachers provide tuitions to students over the internet, using a real-time virtual learning environment named WAVE a technology built in-house.

Founded in 2011 by Vamsi Krishna, Pulkit Jain, Anand Prakash, Saurabh Saxena

Vedantu has raised about $200 million to date. Backed by Tiger Global, Accel, GGV Capital and others

What we like: The entire page shouts energy & enthusiasm. The orange color seems to fit right in. Vedantu does a good job highlighting their achievements and values which gives a sense of meaning & purpose to their applicants. They have also ensured to make it look lively by embedding testimonials and photos

Vedantu does not seem to have deployed a candidate management software. The jobs listed on their career page routes applicants to an email id. Being a technology firm note sure why Vedantu ignored this aspect.

However, they use a few of job boards like LinkedIn & Instahyre


Khatabook is a Bangalore based mobile app that helps small shopkeepers and Kirana store owners in India manage their books by helping them track the money owed to them through the means of a digital ledger

Founded in 2018 by Ravish Naresh, Dhanesh Kumar, Jaideep Poonia & Ashish Sonone

Has raised $87 million to date, is now valued between $275 million to $300 million and backed by B capital, Sequoia India, Partners of DST Global, Tencent, GGV Capital, RTP Global, Hummingbird Ventures, Better Capital, Falcon Edge Capital, Rocketship.vc and Unilever Ventures

What we liked: The page starts with a video & continues to highlight the perks of working with Khatabook. They have also given it a nice touch with multiple photos making the page lively

Khatabook uses recruiterbox to manage their applicants. The application process is short and crisp

We sifted through tons of career pages analyzing every aspect of candidate delight in detail. Not many were able to get it right. It’s also disappointing that many companies don’t customize their career pages as per their target audience. It’s only a few who stands out from the crowd and understand the power of Employer Branding
