  • Our customizable digital questionnaire is built around your must haves and job description. It asks applicants anything and everything you would possibly want to know about their experience, job aptitude and likeliness of future job enjoyment. We look for irregularities in their answers to their resumes, personality traits that would make them a good fit or poor fit for the role and have them complete it prior to moving along the to next step.
  • Our job specific assessments are customized for your role and the candidates are graded out of 10. We look at key metrics in categories such as Working Styles and Personal Skills. We ask questions that will determine whether this Candidate can or will be a good leader (if necessary), has a strong will to achieve and takes pride in details. All of these metrics are provided in a table that compares them to other candidates.
